I often start a conversation with, "Have you been up to anything fun?"

People tend to say that they have been "Keeping busy."

I ask in return, "Good busy, or busy busy?"

   
There is a distinct difference between the two.

Ask yourself, are you occupied just for busy's sake, or are you moving forward?
