One of the first queries I ask executives is:
"𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆?"

   
They inevitably respond with:
"𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁."

I focus on passion, because without it, we have nothing.
