I worked with a private healthcare practice that was struggling with 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀.

But, numbers aside, the best result was the 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 across all departments.
I worked closely with the CEO to shift his mindset toward 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.
This transformation not only optimised infrastructure, but also set the foundation for future-proofing and continued growth.
