Well, we left off with him putting the cart before horse because he invested in campaigning for a product that was not ready for launch.
What exactly does "not ready for launch" mean?
To name a few:
The biggest thing is, all of that could have either been avoided or rectified, if he had been open to trust others.
Like many startup CEOs, they have been developing their business on their own for so long, that it is difficult to give up the keys (or even just one key).
When you start hiring, there should be trust with these hires. You should be able to ask for help, and trust the advice given.
